"I put in a request online Sunday and received a response Monday morning. They inspected my home that week. They were on time and very professional. Dave explained the whole process, asked if I had any questions and then went over the house with a fine tooth comb. Afterwards, he explained the report and went over the pictures. I am a first time home owner and had a lot of questions that Dave answered patiently and in a way I could understand. He emailed me the 47 page report within 24 hours. They also left a Home Maintenance Manual which I very much appreciated. I like checklists explaining how often/when. It also has advice on what to do and areas to keep track of your home maintenance. We will definitely be using this. I would use this company again and recommend them for anyone. The price was very reasonable and I feel Dave did an excellent job.”
